Drawing from diverse musical backgrounds, Newcastle band, Vanstone formed in 2006, when founding members and long time musical companions, David Ewings and Patrick Wenzel started co-writing together. After several line-up changes and recent time spent at Blue Jay Way Recording Studios, Vanstone is ready to unleash its unique sound to the rest of the listening world. Sighting musical influences from the likes of Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and Ryan Adams, Vanstone delivers emotive and evocative music, laced with the gritty tinge of hard rock.
