Born in Nottingham England, Vaughan first stepped in front of a microphone at the age of seven. By the age of nine he and is parents were immigrating to Australia where his love and passion for music continued to grow. In Melbourne as well as Perth Vaughan fronted a number of top Australian cover bands, honing his skills and talents to become a powerful, dynamic and emotional vocalist and entertainer, winning audiences with his exciting and energy driven stage performances. Vaughan believes the experience he's gained while performing some of the biggest songs ever penned has been instrumental in the development of his own song writing craft. An early credit to his natural writing ability was winning third place in the Pop/Rock category of the Australian Songwriters Awards for a song titled "Two Good Reasons". As an artist Vaughan was thrilled and honoured to share the stage with Sting during one of his Australian Concert Tours. Vaughan currently resides in Perth, His home features a purpose built recording studio on the property which gives him the creative freedom he desires, free from financial and time constraints which govern commercial recording studios. Armed with a distinctive voice and a passion and talent for writing melodically commercial music Vaughan is steadily attracting a loyal fan base with his great songs and videos
