One day after a lifetime of living a lie, Venus Dragon dropped it all in search of truth. Venus set off around the world with a guitar in hand to chronicle her personal journey, seeing worlds she never knew existed and reconnected with the magic of nature and creation.
Starting from the darkest of tombs and mining her way into the light, Venus grew wings to fly. Inspired by fantasy, imagination and the knowing that life is beautiful beyond measure. Venus writes of alchemy, transformation, and a return to home.
Venus Dragon’s journey across the undulating paths of relational creativity has now given rise to a number of singles, luring followers into her lair of self-actuated therapy set amongst fantastic imagery and contemporary emotional intelligence. Sounds like transformative pop by Marina Diamandis, fantasy play with Melanie Martinez, with the bold & beautiful sass of Gwen Stefani set to the smooth melancholic pop melodies of Lana del Rey.
