Starting as a musical partnership in 2005, the members of Very Jane began playing the local South Australian music scene with modest success. With a slow and steady approach to local gigs in the earlier years, the release of their firs first album “The Songs Room Room” has seen them pick up the pace and they have now set the stage for great things to follow. The duo of Jamie Blechynden and Victoria Jane, have come from very different sides of the musical tracks. Jamie from the small country town Kojonup in WA, and Victoria from Angaston in South Australia. Before their chance meeting in 2003, their music careers were headed in entirely different directions. Jamie Blechynden has a career that spans over 15 years in the Australian music industry.
