To celebrate Violent Soho’s cult classic album Hungry Ghost turning 10 today, I OH YOU are pumped to announce limited and very sick Standard and Deluxe pressings of the record, available to pre-order next Wednesday 20 September at 9AM AEST. With a near-constant ‘sold-out’ status on their iconic back catalogue, this reissue is sure to be welcome news to the band’s loyal fanbase. “ Hungry Ghost is 10! Hell Fuck Yeah!! “10 years ago when we recorded Hungry Ghost we had no expectations, we just wanted to record music in our own terms - at home in Brisbane, in a shed with the producer who worked with local punk bands. We had no idea the record would go on to change our lives. We did some digging and found some some live tracks plus some demos from that period that helped shape the record - we hope everyone enjoys looking back as much we have. Thanks everyone who’s supported the band and record over the past 10 years - we’re continually grateful and humbled by the experience!” – Violent Soho
