With evocative melodies and sincere lyricism, Meanjin/Brisbane based Violet Lila builds a world that is uniquely hers. Releasing on October 17th, her debut EP ‘All I Do Is Complain’ reflects on growing pains, alienation, navigating relationships and reclaiming what it means to be your authentic self. The standout track ‘Best Behaviour’ is indie rock with edge, capturing the chaos of a toxic relationship with dynamic production and haunting honesty.
