Vorsen is the name for Australian producer/singer-songwriter Oliver Halvorsen. Oliver released his debut single ’Say All the Right Things’ in 2019 which was featured on triple J’s ‘5 Best New Songs of the Week’’. In 2020, Oliver began work on his forthcoming EP ‘Real Life’ in the bedroom of his home after a significant relationship had deteriorated. Vorsen weaves lush atmospheric textures with percussive elements from his immediate surroundings to create a seamless mesh of his musical sensibilities. His warm, intimate vocals deliver melancholic melodies in a way that is both captivating and uplifting. Oliver continues to juxtapose the emotion in his lyrics with bold and organic production.
