Originating as a chill school metal band, "Tales of Treason", Mark, Strathen Heckenberg (former vocalist), Will E and the two Bens jammed on a regular basis in the school music room. With a mutual agreement in regards to genre, Tales of Treason defined their genre as Metalcore. Following Strathen's brutal demise (jks, he's still alive), and before even considering finding a new vocalist, Mark's friend Will K (former vocalist of "Abandon Your Armour"), a friend he jammed with from time to time, sought a new band. Aforementioned interest for a new band and Tales of Treason's vacant position was then redeemed, soon changing their name to Walking With Giants. Now with a full line up secured and drive to project pure brutality, Walking With Giants are set to blaze up the local scene, writing songs for an upcoming EP in early 2014, and plans to conquer audiences with their charm, wit and showmanship. Nobody fucks with guys who walk with giants.
