[WATT’s] music is characterised by interesting arrangements, Kraftwerk-esque samples, and extraordinary lyrics that he sings. Everything about it is very touching and romantic.’ - Wolfgang Flür (Kraftwerk 1973 - 1987) WATT! - aka Rob Keane - is an Australian electronic composer dividing his time between Adelaide and Düsseldorf, Germany. Classically trained, WATT!’s melancholic blend of new wave and dream-pop is reminiscent of 70s / 80s West German electronica. A graduate of the Elder Conservatorium of Music (Adelaide) where he majored in Classical Performance, WATT! relocated to the Fatherland in 2011 where he subsequently caught the eye of ex-Kraftwerk percussionist Wolfgang Flür. He has since performed alongside electro royalty in Flür and Juan Atkins, the Godfather of Techno. WATT! toured Germany as local support of Tame Impala's Julien Barbagallo.
