Growing up in a small country town south australia, Waylon was introduced to music at a young age, with his father being a locally known musician, some of it was bound to rub off. But it wasnt untill Waylon was 25 yrs old when he first picked up the giutar, for the pure purpose of playing cover songs with friends around the camp fire. there was a tragic event a few years before this though that ended up leading waylon down the path of writting. after losing someone close to him, Waylon would start to vent by writing his thoughts on paper in a kind of poem like form. He didnt know it then but this was to help him in more ways than one. When Waylon eventualy did pick up the giutar and learn his first three chords, he would bring those writtings out and he would play and sing them with the feeling they deserved. Waylon will be the first to admitt that he is not the most accomplished singer song writer there is, but nothing is going to hold this man from writing and playing what he
