Well Adjusted was formed in May of 2020 just north of Seattle, Washington. While the world around them was in hysteria, they picked up their guitars and started writing songs! With explosive hooks and lyrics tapping into subjects like mental health, a world in chaos and social justice, Well Adjusted delivers a high energy style of melodic punk rock that is sure to be a breath of fresh air!
