Wendy Em is a singer-songwriter and pianist from Perth, Western Australia. Her musical tastes influence her musical style, although these tastes are wide and varied. Perhaps that's why it's hard to say what genre her music should be in. Stuff she loves include: Radiohead, Silverchair, Foo Fighters, Gotye, Kate Miller-Heidke, Regina Spektor, Tash Sultana and Ella Fitzgerald among so much more. Wendy Em works with the talented Beren Scott on the Cello and this has added an interesting element to her sound. There is a playing around with the sounds of these instruments and in production, drum rhythms add to the musical experience.
