Where's Jerome was originally a home studio project for singer songwriter, Jeremy Smith. Former bandmate, Todd Cetin, was impressed with what he heard and offered to play drums for the live version. They now needed a bassist, a guitarist, a keyboard player and - oh yeah, it would be great if one of them could sing harmonies! After many a sleepless night dwelling on the bassplayer problem, Jeremy had an epiphany while watching a friend's band at the Hopetoun Hotel and recruited his sister, Alexandra Sabastian, to play keyboards, keyboard bass and sing, all at the same time. The result is Where's Jerome as you now know it - an original and creative concoction with an inventiveness born out of necessity by limits deliberately imposed. All three members hold their own and combine to form a cohesive unit. Todd controls the drums deftly with power and finesse, Alex provides the bass with one hand and a sublime melody with the other.
