Willowy are purveyors of dark folk, a duo made up of nylon-string guitar bowed acoustic bass, banjo and haunting harmonies. With a lyrical appetite of the contradictions that sit in the cracks of normality, Willowy produces music that sinks rather than settles. ~ Willowy encompasses the musical nature of 22 year old, folk singer/songwriter Brittany Green. This creative aspect of her personality delves into the darker issues of life, much like the Celtic legend of the Willow tree and its ability to draw deep emotions to the surface.
