Wilson Blackley is an Australian multi-instrumentalist and producer currently based in Melbourne. Born and raised in Poowong (Victoria), Wilson was surrounded by music from an early age. At just 2 years old he started playing the drums along to his mother’s music collection consisting of old soul, funk and r&b from the 60’s and 70’s. Growing up far from the city instilled a strong sense of curiosity and work ethic in him from a young age, leading him to produce his first batch of demos in his teenage years. A stand-out among these demos was the song ‘Home’. ‘Home’ found its way to Sam Teskey (The Teskey Brothers) who would go on to co-produce the song alongside Wilson when he was just 18. Following the release of ‘Home’, he went on to sell out The Gasometer and play a string of festival slots alongside a variety of artists including The Teskey Brothers and Boy and Bear. Blackley went on to release his debut EP in 2022 and has returned with his new single 'Wired' which releases Aug 29
