On the 27th of May, Australian artist Wolfe Black will release her new vibrant pop single "Bigger than Bon Jovi" accompanied by a playful, high energy music video directed & written by herself. With an alluring mix of Venezuelan, Syrian Bedouin, and Australian roots, multiplied by an empathetic soul and love of nature, Wolfe had a long-held desire to explore the world beyond–and explore she did from 2014. It took her to the wild, icy, and eclectic city of Montreal and discovered an avenue to voice her thoughts through music. Originally trained as a classical violinist and jazz-soul vocalist, her journey exploring various genres has contributed to a sound that is rich and uniquely hers. Now back in Australia, it is evident in her new single that the singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has shed away her folk-pop sound. Amidst it all, she retains her craft’s core: powerful, haunting music that completely resonates.
