Wolves and Chocolate Bullets are more than just a band; they are five friends united by their love of music, shared history, and authentic emotion. Growing up together in Perth’s northern suburbs, they discovered rock through garage rehearsals and teenage dreams, forming a bond that has weathered time and distance. Life pulled them apart—across cities and countries—yet their passion for music and each other kept them connected, ultimately bringing them back together to create something genuine: a sound rooted in raw energy, heartfelt lyrics, and lived experience. Their debut self-titled album introduced fans to a band unafraid to bare their souls—tracks like "Rockstar" and "She’s Comin’ Down" showcase grit and urgency, while songs like "Heaven Again" and "My Julia" reveal vulnerability and reflection. Every lyric is packed with meaning, every note plays from a place of truth—stories of love, loss, hope, and redemption. On stage, Wolves and Chocolate Bullets shine brightest. They’ve performed at diverse venues—from Fremantle Prison supporting Primal Scream to Perth’s Four5Nine Bar—and captivated audiences with their honest, energetic, and intimate style. Their journey through different countries and festivals has only strengthened their reputation as a compelling live act. Their recent singles, such as "Mars" and "Back," continue their evolution—using cosmic metaphors for distance and connection—affirming their commitment to honest and heartfelt rock music. Each of the Wolves developed their musical style any way they could get it. Whether it was in 80s glam, 90s grunge, support tours, tributes, duos or originals, they continued exploring, experimenting, developing and keeping their passion alive. Separating to live in the far-flung locations of Sydney, Sweden and Upper Swan and branching into original music, the Wolves have had the opportunity to experience performing not only in the Perth band scene but Sydney pubs and the clubs and stadiums of Europe and South-East Asia. Now settled into their skins and back in Perth the Wolves are enjoying being reunited with their pack while bringing their diverse experiences to the creative process.
