How ya doin'?. I'm Gabe Forrest, I was born in Coffs Harbour Australia in 1979 and promptly dragged along the Australian coastline with my "gypsy" mother who loved thw beach, people and above all - music. I was exposed to the best of The Eagles to the worst of the Party Boys, artists like Jesus Rodreguiez, Bob Seger and the cars. these artists and thier styles provided the foundation of my love for all types of music My mother left my father when i was two and with no siblings or extended family i spent my childhood in the company of friends, who have meant alot to me. Music was always around me as i grew up.I have always been drawn to the guitar and its amazing sounds that could alter your emotions in the change of a chord, progression or tempo - yet it always seemed out of my realm.
