Formerly known as Legions, Wreath is the manifestation of over a decade of cutting teeth in the Australian heavy music scene. Wreath's vision combines the aggression of hardcore with the melodic sensibilities of death and black metal to create a sound that is familiar yet entirely unique. Whilst known as Legions, Wreath has supported Code Orange, Harm's Way, Xibalba, Cold World, Blacklisted, Counterparts, Foundation and Twitching Tongues, as well as delivering headline performances in all major Australian cities. From 2012 to present, the members of Wreath have played in Burning Season, Potion, Primitive Blast, Controlled and Mood Swing.

We are a progressive metal band from Australia that also fuses different genres of metal. We draw most of our influence from bands such as: Opeth, Dark Tranquillity, Kalmah, At The Gates etc. The band started with Chip, who then got John to join as a guitarist, later becoming their full time drummer. Andy Dukic was also in the band, contributing the most out of any non founding members, however he left the band due to a stronger passion for thrash metal. The bands primary song writers are Chip and John. The band has made around 15+ songs and will have more songs here on the myspace, they plan to make a demo in the near future, and they we searching for band members.
