Yellow Line is an indie rock band, with influences including Queen and Bruce Springsteen. The unique voice of the lead singer, guitarist and keyboardist, Laurence Nicol, brings an individual flavour to the band’s performances and recordings. Combined with the punchy bass lines of his brother, William, and rhythmic talents of Julian Scionti on drums, Yellow Line delivers a tantalising original performance. Yellow Line performs at fundraising events and private parties. They have performed at “SHOUT!! – a concert for a cause”, raising money for a school of disabled children in Cambodia. The group has recently completed their first album, “Writing on the Wall”, containing 11 original songs. With combined performance experience of 25 years, the band consists of two university students and a high school student. Their experience includes performances in musicals, including Queen’s “We Will Rock You” and classical groups and big bands.
