Yin are three men. In early 2011 Yin's co-founders summoned forth and then pooled their creative juices, mixing the juices into a heady brew. In a studio created from an old IVF needle factory Yin created an album of their Greatest Hits. In between recording sessions they performed various soirees and recitals at the most reputable live music venues of Western Australia. A review follows: "Yin?, A 9/10" For the last five years YIN have rummaged deep in the bowels of the earth, like badgers or moles or marmots. Now they emerge to bring forth a blues rock explosion: THE ESSENTIAL COLLECTION. With its smart purplish cover it is a must-have item for any serious collector. Here is yet another review: "with a great variety of sounds and rhythms, Yin raise the energy of the room. Vocally impressive, polished and tight, Yin provide the reason why rock is appreciated in Perth. "
