Ylisten spent his early childhood roaming free and alone in the wild and eerie bush lands of the hills of Kinglake just outside of Melbourne. Being a drummer since a young age he moved to piano later in his life to create an outlet for his musical vision. After only having played piano for two years and singing for even less he decided to record a full length album and pack his bags with 100 copies and move to Northern Europe. The album The Window is the result, it is highly emotionally charged and deeply personal, thus seeking an audience outside of Australia.
