Only 17 years old, songstress Yolande Schefe plays and sings with the wisdom and maturity that belies her young age. Joined by a talented backing band to form ‘Yolande and the Sea’, the band creates powerfully orchestrated performances that captivate live audiences.Although having only been together since the beginning of 2007 Yolande and the Sea have polished their set playing numerous private gigs, and performing to wide acclaim at venues such as the Queen St Mall stage and Brisbane Riverstage.
