Your Damn Neighbours (or YDN) are a vintage-style rock/metal band that formed in the summer of 2004, in the sunny state of Tassie. With more energy than a box of red bull, they deliver face-melting guitar riffs, pounding drums, enough bass to give multiple heart attacks and vocals that chew you up and spit you out. They consist of 4 members, Toby Dadson on lead vocals and guitar, Billy Bennett on lead guitar, Alex Barnes on bass guitar and Aled Templeton on drums. They currently are all in grade 10 at Kings Meadows High School. YDN's larger gigs have been: Rock Challenge 2006 (Where they were finalists), Tasmusic Showcase at the James Hotel in 2006, Support slot for local band Grrr at their DVD launch, Locally Famous in both 2006 and 2007, and also playing off against major launceston bands in the MS Fest 2007 Playoffs at Lonnies Nightclub. Also, in the 2007 Rock Challenge, YDN dominated to become champions of the high school section! Because of this, YDN have been offered a slot
