Zahir knew their start in 2013, only getting to a complete formation in the summer of 2014. '70's blues and rock are a major source of influence for the band, with a touch of prog, and often dwelving in more acoustic atmospheres. 'Portrait of Zahir as a Young Band" is the band's first EP and a snapshot of their music in its early days.
