Zebra Finch. A Sunshine Coast band of few words and many talents. With a diverse roster of multi-instrumentalists, Zebra Finch have equipped themselves for their expectant success.
Zebra Finch has clear sonic influences of classic, psychedelic and surf rock, blues, soul and funk. Blending the tastes and influences of all members, they have created a sound that’s uniquely theirs.
2020 has been a year of growth and meditation for the band. After finding a new bass player, Zebra Finch has spent the world event enforced hiatus to develop a more refined sound. With a mid-year journey to Rocking Horse Studio in Byron Bay, Zebra Finch worked with Aria Award winning producer and technician Steven Schram to create two singles that they are very proud of. The First of the singles being their December release 45 Revolutions. Overflowing with justified confidence in the music they make, Zebra Finch is on the rise, and they have no intention of slowing down anytime soon.
