The Zeds are a garage-ish band from Sydney. Taking inspiration from fellow Australians; Courtney Barnett, Nathan Roche, Scott and Carlene’s Wedding, and Bitch Prefect, The Zeds are now releasing their debut EP “Al Dente Moments”. With the four songs coming to a total listening time of less than ten minutes, The Zeds aim for a sense of “close enough is good enough”. Jarrod Ryan is the main songwriter, rhythm guitarist and vocalist. Mitchell Ryan and Jac Dawson-Daley (of The S-Bends) helped record the EP with Mitchell playing bass and Jac on the drums. All songs are written by Jarrod and produced, mixed, and mastered by Jac. Bass player Ben Orme joined post-recording with Mitchell playing lead guitar and synth live. “Al Dente Moments” is out on Thursday 19, March on their Bandcamp: https://thezeds.bandcamp.com/album/al-dente-moments
