ZERO TO SIXTY is not a typical rock band. We consist of only two members, but have recently intorduced a real drummer. We write, play and record everything ourselves. We could easily have formed a regular band, with a full line-up of musicians, but that was the goal rather than route we wanted to take this particular project. The objective was to please ourselves - as selfish as that sounds - but it seemed that nothing we participated in musically ever left an 'overwhelmingly good product' that we could be really proud of in hindsight. And so the agenda was set: A great CD. Cool artwork. No crap. We really weren't sure how we would actually achieve this, but we set to work anyway. The fact that we didn't have the equipment - or any material written - didn't seem to discourage us. We also had no intention of pouring money we didn't have, into the dogged pursuit of a Rock N Roll pipe-dream… ZERO TO SIXTY was for US. And so the fantasy grew.
