zrazcalz = Three piece funk fusion punk pop. Two brothers, three best mates. Red hot. Tobin/talldarkdeep on lead vocals & lead guitar, Keaton/longestlimbs on bass & backing vocals, Lewis/funyoungnready2um? on drums & backing vocals... The band is relatively fresh on the scene after Tobin and Keats studied together and worked as session musicians to make ends meet, while keats' younger brother Lewis learned drums from the best... When they came together in 2007 and if you were fortunate enough to see them live around Sydney or at Playground Weekender, it was raw chemistry in motion. Aside from their obvious musical connection there is also a surprisingly mature social observation found within the simply produced but cleverly arranged tunes. Fast paced contagious little rock morsels you can't help being swept up in from the get go, while dancing away with some food for thought.
